"We have stayed here a few times and have always found the staff friendly and efficient. Cleanliness and bedrooms have always been very good. However, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast this visit as the food items were not very warm and the plates were cold. The taste was good, but would have been nicer had they been hotter. "Central location in nottingham with helpful staff and great room and hotel facilities (though not all are free). The Rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. I booked 3 rooms and all the bathrooms had a frosted glass door which was not the best for privacy. We also stayed at the weekend so there was quite a bit of noise from nearby night clubs. Overall a great stay and we would come back again if we do Nottingham again."
