"Decent rental with good amenities. Could be closer to some areas of town with more stuff to do if you care about that. The biggest problem was that it's close to a train track and trains went by very frequently, and they were both loud and they shook the entire house every time. You get used to it, but if you are a light sleeper or have a small kids, it might be a concern."

"The cottage is a very small- one room studio with an uncomfortable sofa bed . We could feel the frame of the bed while lying down. Once the bed was open there was hardly any space to walk around to get to the bathroom or kitchen area.
