"We stayed at the Family Chateau over Birkie weekend with another family and had a great time. The cabin is really nice and spacious and is in a great spot. It was about 7 minutes to Hayward and has a great view overlooking the river. It fit our two families very comfortably. Cindy was also super responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend."

"Our birdhouse stay was wonderful. The house fit 10 people perfectly. Our group was very comfortable in all of the beds. Teenagers, and young adults especially enjoyed the ping-pong table. I would highly recommend this rental for anybody looking for rest and relaxation on a lake. The host was very easy to connect with and knowledgeable about the area. "

"It's small yet it was all we needed to enjoy the long weekend with our family of four. The boys spent most of the days on the water in the kayaks. We sat in our chairs on the lawn and enjoyed the lake activity and a campfire. We over-ate and drank some Wisconsin beer. We should have brought coffee and some cooking oil, but the store was close by and open early. We want to stay for a longer visit someday."

"Our family celebrated Christmas this year at this beautiful cabin. It is spacious, with lots of room for people to do different activities (games, crafts, read, cook). The kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing we could not find is a corkscrew. The table was large enough so that the entire family could eat together at each meal. There are four bedrooms and a loft. My husband and I slept in the loft. Since the loft overlooks the main common area, we used the (provided) fan for "white noise"...
