"Fantastic breakfast and very friendly!"

"This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. No A/C in Denmark is normal but what I don't understand is, if you KNOW everyone will have to open the windows, why wouldn't they have...

"You must check in before 10pm. I arrived late and only got in by sheer luck. With my flight to Hamburg I could not have arrived any earlier. Basic but clean and functional room. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff."

Vores superior-dobbeltværelse var dog meget “skrabet”: 2 hårde lænestole og et bord, en udmærket seng, for få stikkontakter, ingen mulighed for selv at lave en kop kaffe. "The absolute worst accommodation I have ever experienced. Wooden cabins full of dust and dirt, old mattresses full of dust and never cleaned, lots of ants all over the cabin, couldn't get rid of them. The upper floor is climbed by a very steep ladder, absolutely unsuitable for the safety of children. No beds upstairs, only mattresses on the floor. Stale air. Nevermore."

Poor communication between restaurant and hotel had us very nearly not being charged for dinner. You shouldn’t have to rely on the honesty of your guests! Otherwise faultless. "

"Lejligheden var rigtig fin. Dog var der 2 ting der ikke fungerede. Den ene sengelampe på værelset ved køkkenet hang der blot en strømledning men der var ingen kontakt så ingen mulighed for at anvende denne. I stuen var der en radio med cd afspiller men denne kunne ikke tændes. Alt i lejligheden var ellers rigtig fint."

"The hotel is visibly old and could do with a refurbishment. The room was spacious but primitive. The restaurant is recently overtaken by two younger chefs and is excellent. The hotel and restaurant are seperate businesses. The hotel staff was kind but forgetful. My partner is intolerant to Gluten but despite having called in advance and been reassured that glutenfree bread was available, it was still forgotten twice at breakfast and long waiting as consequence.
