"Thank you for a wonderful stay at Rivernene Cottages. Hosts Stephen and Phil were amazing and could not do enough for all the guests. Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. Outside area no parasols cushions left outside dirty and cigarette burn, and a broken chair. Broken glass in cupboard. Very noisy...

"The room was lovely, the bed was super comfortable and unlike a review I'd read on here (which nearly made me not book this hotel) the King size bed was a full king, not just two singles pushed together. The only small gripe I have is the fridge was quite noisy and was annoying when trying to sleep. Would stay here again for sure. "
