"This hotel was better than I expected. Did not have any noise issues since my room was facing the back instead of the front where the tram runs. Room and bed were very comfortable and breakfast was good too. Staff was friendly too despite past reviews - maybe I was friendly to them so they were friendly to me. Great location as both trains and buses just steps away as well as grocery store."

"I would stay here again, great location and hospitality especially from Franando at the front desk, only thing lacking would be the breakfast as it was very simple options. Great top view of the city from the spa. "

"The hotel is located in the city center, about 7-8 mins walk from the central train station HBF and less than 10 mins walk from Konigsallee and its stores. The hotel is very nice and the Moxy concept is interesting with its bar adjoining the front desk. The room is a little small but clean."

"Great stay! We booked two rooms at this hotel. My husband lost his father a few years ago and we swore off giving gifts for the holidays, and started taking them places. The rooms were great, location was perfect, and the staff was excellent!"
