The property is great but the booking agency VBRO can't even generate a VAT receipt for me
Has everthing you need , tea , coffe sugar , some condiments in the kitchen area. Great new kitchen and Bathroom , big bath and over bath shower., even shampoo and bath bubbles.
Lovley soft beds and bedding. Spotless. Great location.
The property is excellent! A huge, private garden which gets a lot of sun. Inside the property was very clean (we'd had some anxiety as we were visiting during concern about Covid 19) with all amenities.
The location is great - a 15/20 min walk into Sedgefield and a good base for many attractions.
The owners were unobtrusive but certainly friendly and on hand if needed.
Very disappointed we didn't book for longer!
Great place to relax and great place to drive out and see the countryside, coast and cities like Durham and York. The owners are friendly and helped make our trip enjoyable
Beautifully clean and well equipped property in a lovely countryside location. Easy access to County Durham and North Yorkshire coastlines. Owners were very friendly and helpful and their two dogs were gorgeous. (They would not a problem if you didn't like dogs.) Would definitley book again.
This property in a former granary on a working farm was very comfortable, with picture-perfect views out of every window. The town of Sedgefield is very close and has every amenity needed, from groceries to fun boutiques and lots of interesting pubs and restaurants. Our host was friendly and always at hand.
The Granary is the perfect place to stay. Quiet and relaxing, but within easy reach of amenities, the cottage has everything you need for a relaxing break. You are guaranteed a good night’s sleep in the super comfortable beds and the owners are very helpful with excellent communication beforehand. I would highly recommend it for both long and short breaks.
Wow what a wonderful cottage. A real home from home feeling. Spotlessly clean. Richard our host was very friendly and made sure we were happy with everything on check in. In an excellent location for us to visit relatives in near by Kelleo. We will definitely be back for future visits.

Great Times at Todds House Farm
My wife and I had a great time with Christina and Richard at Todds House Farm. The Granary was just the right place to be for a great time in the North East of England, a quiet location close to everything including shops, pubs and tourist places like Durham and Newcastle. We wish Christina and Richard best of luck with their roles as hostess and host in their present vacation properties and we'll be back again down the road.

Perfect. Quiet location close to amenities
This cottage is very comfortable clean and welcoming. The location is an easy half hour drive from Newcastle. Perfect for visiting Durham or Newcastle University and some fabulous nearby historic sites. The cottage is in a great location being close to the town (five minutes from a large Sainsburys open till 10 pm), and yet also in a lovely quiet rural setting. The hosts have obviously put a lot of thought into making their guests comfortable including t-towels tea and coffee, dvds, books etc.We can't recommend this highly enough and we will definitely book again if we are visiting this area. 5 stars +++++++ recurring

Home from home
Relaxing and comfortable. Everything you need is provided and the setting is quiet but close to all necessary amenities. The hosts are about but not intrusive.
(The picture is misleading as it shows the back of the property which has an inverted layout with the main bedroom and bathroom at ground floor level and the living space on the first floor). There is no washing machine or tumble drier as listed but the hosts do offer laundry facilities if required.

Very charming and well-tended house!
The house was very charming and clean. Absolutely big enough for a family and seated in green and calm surroundings for walks or trips. The landlord and landlady wer very nice and helpful (thank you very much!!!).
We will keep the stay in mind for an eventual return...
