The place has a large welcoming open plan kitchen living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern integrated appliances including fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher & washing machine. The place also has a kettle, microwave & toaster and is equipped with the cooking basics for your self-catered stay. The dining table is located in the kitchen and has space for 3.

The living space is a comfortable area and the ideal place to kick back in after a busy day. You can login to your favourite streaming apps on the smart tv.

There is a downstairs WC for convenience.

Up the stairs is home to the two bedrooms and main bathroom. The bathroom is a modern space with bath, overhead shower, basin & wc.

The first bedroom is a roomy space with a comfy single bed. The second is home to a double. Both bedrooms have storage for your belongings, room darkening blinds and plush bedding to ensure you have a great night sleep.

Externally, there is a patio area to the rear leading out onto a small sun-trap back garden which guests are more than welcome to enjoy. Additionally, there is free off-street parking available with an allocated parking space directly to the rear of the property.

Location wise Pottery Place is superbly well-located in the very centre of Teesside. No further than 15 minutes from almost every significant tourist destination or significant employer in the region.

If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have a number of properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party in.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
