Welcome to Hop, Skip, & a Jump Lodi, a bright & spacious home that is close to everything Lodi has to offer! The airy living room provides the perfect spot to gather and relax and the full kitchen gives you the option of cooking your own meals - but why would you? Many of Lodi's wonderful restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. The large backyard provides the perfect space to enjoy an evening beverage and the cozy bedrooms each offer a king size bed for ultimate comfort.

Lodi Lake is an 8-minute walk away and most of Lodi's 85+ wineries are less than a 15-minute drive. Downtown Lodi's breweries, restaurants, and boutiques, are just 5 minutes away by car.

Please note that the fireplace in the home is inoperable.

Perfect house in an ideal location.
From the minute we arrived, we knew this house would be perfect for our visit. The amenities were as described. Perfect location with consideration of downtown. The restaurant suggestions were perfect. It's an easy day trip to the ocean. We'll be back.

Our second great stay!
Our first stay in 2023 was to be close to our daughter/son in law in Manteca awaiting the birth of our first grandson - the second was to celebrate his first birthday! Love the location and the neighborhood - and the yard is great for our dogs! We live in the high Sierra's and it was great to see green grass and trees blooming instead of snow pack! Our host Adrielle is great with her communication and accommodating any of our questions/needs.

Fantastic Home, Location & Experience!!
From booking to check out this home and the awesome guest experience exceeded all our expectations! Adrielle the property manager was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs during our 2 week stay. The home is super cute and well appointed. The location is fantastic!! Close to town, awesome restaurants, breweries, wineries and walkable to beautiful Lodi Lake! Our pups loved the big grassy backyard - and we loved sitting out in the yard with morning coffee in sunshine and our wine at night under the fun party lights. We booked the home to be close to our daughter in Manteca (who was expecting our first grandson!) and the location was perfect to be close to her too. Adrielle even checked in to see when our baby boy arrived! If you are looking for an awesome “basecamp” for exploring the Lodi area and amazing wine country it offers - this is it!! And as the name of the property implies - it truly is a hop, skip and a jump from a whole lot of fun adventures!!

It felt like home, the large fenced yard is great for your pups, and they cant get out. Clean and cozy.
