We went there for our Anniversary getaway and loved how quiet and peaceful it was! Limited cell phone service was a nice break from reality! Drive to town was not far at all either, we will for sure be staying again! Oh and can't forget the friendly goats that came to say hello every evening <3

I loved how there were goats next door! Absolutely great place to stay and I’ll definitely be booking here again
We had a nice stay at Grandma's Cabin. It was out in the country where it was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed seeing the baby goats and looking around at the beautiful scenery and old school house. It was a great place to rest and relax.

The cabin was cozy and comfortable, the quiet was relaxing, the countryside was lovely and the herd of goats pastured on the property made it even more charming. If you're looking for "rustic" and "rural," this place is for you. Come with the groceries you'll need, because no stores are close by. Remember, it's quiet and country!
We love this clean, cute little cabin out in the country. It's peaceful and quiet yet still close to town and the lake. It was the perfect overnight stay on our way to Eureka Springs, AR. This was our 2nd time and we will definitely stay again. I do have one suggestion... a pen and a little pad of paper would be handy. I had to make some notes and didn't have a pen with and couldn't find one anywhere. Thank you!

It started out great. But the owners ended up being rude and trying to blame us for their issues.
It was a basic little cabin with a tiny ac unit in 100 degree weather. We would have never had a complaint in the world because we were just excited to get away. The cabin never got above about 85 degrees. When we came in there were june bugs on the floor no big deal because of the time of year. We picked all of our trash up bagged it. Took it the large trash can outside of the cabin. We left all of towels over a the kitchen chair so they could dry out and not leave them to get mildewed on the floor. I assume most places are stripping the beds and washing them (or so I would hope) so the bedding was all piled on the bed. We got a message that the ac was froze up and that we left it a mess. Never have we left a place a mess. The ac didn’t work properly the entire time. We were also told it was full flies. Which we fought the whole time as well. We also had to load our car to leave that morning so yes the doors were being opened and closed a lot that morning probably letting more in. The message we received was incredibly rude. It ruined what would have been a decent review.
My husband and I needed a night away from all of the noise. Just time to relax and unwind. This place was perfect.
The beautiful countryside, the adorable goats, watching the sunset from the porch.
The cabin was so clean and adorable. Bed was comfortable. Had good coffee for the morning. We have ZERO complaints.
Will definitely be back!!!
