Very nice property and the owner was very responsive. Lots of things to see on the property and the unit was neat and comfortable. In a farming area but fun places to drive to in the area.

Kim went out of her way to make us feel welcome, She typed a special message for us wishing us a happy anniversary.
Kim baked us blueberry, banana crunch, zucchini muffins and Lincoln blood red pies, she also made double chocolate chip and Praline biscotti’s. Everything was yummy. She gave us a wonderful tour of her home and all of the wonderful amazing antiques. Her collection spans across seven generations and many other collectibles my husband and I found very interesting. It was such a pleasure being entertained by Kim and Steve. If you’re looking for a nice quiet relaxing place to stay this is it.
Hope to return in the future.
Definitely going on the short list for future vacations
I stayed here for a long weekend as a treat to myself for my birthday. It was the most relaxing birthday I've ever had. The property is peaceful and even better than I expected. The owners are so nice, I now count them as friends. Kim does everything she can to make sure you have a wonderful stay. She even treated me to a mini birthday celebration. There are adventures all around the property and always something new to discover. I have to go back so I can take the time to properly explore the property and the surrounding area, because I spent a good portion of time just relaxing by the pool. This is definitely one of my top places to vacation now when I need some real downtime. Don't forget to take a tour of the main house. It's incredible.
Our stay at Kim’s place was wonderful and unique. We were welcomed with open arms and home-baked goods!
After we got settled Kim wanted to give us a tour of the main house, which was unlike anything we had ever seen. Many beautiful antiques and artifacts with stories that you could write books about! Kim loved to chat throughout the weekend and was very open with us about her incredible life story. Kim and Steve both made a point to get to know each of us guests and ask about our stories as well.
The guest house was very cute and we enjoyed a few days by the pool. Feeding the neighboring horses was a highlight of the trip as well. We were so thankful that Kim was flexible about our check-in and check-out requests. If we ran into any issues with appliances or were in need of something, Kim was quick to help.
I felt very at-home here and I hope to be back to see Kim and Steve, as my family is in another state, and these hosts welcomed me as family.
This property is amazing. 5 acres with old farm equipment, trucks, machinery, trees and tables with chairs around parts of the perimeter. The house itself is set behind the owners house so it's quiet, and behind a gate so very private. There's a pool between homes and the way the outdoor lighting is set up is awesome plus you turn them on with a clicker!! The owner had left us some home baked goodies, some cocoa bombs, all the ingredients for making smores on the outside fire pit! Floating camellias in a beautiful bowl on the dresser in the bedroom. Comphy sleep number bed. Tons of clean towels, everything was immaculate.
We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary so I think the champagne was an extra touch, but very appreciated. I wish we'd been there for longer than 3 nights, next time for sure!!
There are a bunch of pans for baking but if you like to cook something special on the stovetop, you might bring a big fry pan and a chefs knife and the spices you'll need. I also know if you need anything you can ask to borrow, just like you would a good neighbor!!
They've compiled a book with places to eat in Lodi, Galt, Lockford, etc. so that was great!
All fixings for coffee, too! I LOVE the open feel of the place, you won't be alone in the kitchen!!
Thanks Kim and Steve, we had a wonderful stay and you'll be seeing us again!! 🤗🤗🤗

My husband and I were in Acampo for a family wedding. We found the Rewindthyme Cottage and booked it right away. Kim ( owner ) messaged us right away asking if we were coming for a special occasion and if we had any food allergies because she loves to bake! She messaged us before our arrival date " pack the bathing suits the weather is the 80's and you are able to check in early if needed. "
We immediately felt welcomed before leaving Wyoming!
When we arrived we were speechless.....the property is absolutely breath taking. The photos posted do not show justice. Inside the cottage Kim had a welcome letter along with homemade muffins and biscotti. The cottage was immaculate. A three ring binder with restaurants, wineries, breweries in all surrounding areas. We received a knock on the door......little did we know opening that door would stand a life long friend. Kim was there to greet us, she held out her hand, I told her we are huggers and she giggled and said so am I. She welcomed us and showed us around the facility. My husband and I being in such Awe
of the property Kim invited us into her home with open arms and showed us the inside of her and Steve's beautiful place. There are no words to describe the beauty and all the history it with holds. She openly invited some of our family over to tour the place and made fresh lemon bars from her tree. The place is amazing but truly its Kim and Steve that make it more amazing then words can say. We will return soon!
