Alicante Acres - Ultimate Vineyard Experience

Alicante Acres is a ranch style farm house centered amongst Zinfandel vineyards and citrus orchards that will give you the perfect setting for a classic farming experience as it has for generations. Views over the mature vineyards of the Sierra Mountains greet you in the morning to the east and views of Mt. Diablo and the Coastal Ranges frame the sunset to the west to finish each day. Originally designed and lovingly built with a true 60's style and craftsmanship, the home has been fully remodeled with a contemporary flair and modern conveniences. It is set up perfectly for those looking for a place to join friends and family in all that the Lodi wine country has to offer. A large, open floor plan and central kitchen provide a spacious place to gather, visit, cook and enjoy each other. Every window frames a spectacular view of the owner's 60 acres of vineyards and rural farm property. Just down the country block you will see the historical Alicante Vineyard giving the home it's name.
Wineries and tasting rooms are just minutes away. Enjoy the quiet tranquility of this home, centered between Lodi and Lockeford, with a short drive to restaurants, and other conveniences. Explore the many nearby attractions, play golf, visit historical sites, attend festivals and so much more.

A fantastic home

We spent 3 weeks here and loved the home. Comfortable, charming, great kitchen space. Clean, and hospitable. The property is surrounded by vineyards and is only a few minutes from town. It felt safe and secure and the manager was fantastic throughout our stay. 100% would recommend.

Great location!! Next to vineyard and multiple wineries!

We absolutely loved this property! It was so nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was amazing with a fountain, fire pit, lavender bushes and fruit trees! Not to mention the sunset were beautiful!

Annual Family Reunion

This property never fails. If you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil location to hang out at, this is the place. This is our 3rd year staying at this location. Although our family reunion was at another location, we had enough space to receive in town family for a short visit. Very clean, quick to answer questions and what you read is what you get. My favorite... the back yard. Beautifully landscaped. Enjoy!

Lodi from the Alicante Vineyard

Great family getaway; 3 couples from North Texas. We've been coming to Lodi for over 15 years and this is a great location to hit our favorite wineries. Indoor amenities are great and kitchen is perfect for meals. We only had a minivan but driveway has plenty of room for more vehicles. Outside is secluded and well maintained. Loved sitting outside pre and post wineries. Great communication from the property manager. Price point is competitive with hotels in the area; and beats them with space and family gathering time. We plan to return to the vineyard: the Alicante vines have the best fall colors!

Another Wonderful Time at Alicante Acres

This was our second stay at Alicante Acres in 18 months. Walking back into the house was like 'going home'. The house is warm and welcoming with everything one could possibly need. Our two weeks flew by and it was hard to leave. Marne checked in on us to ensure everything was as expect; and it was--perfect. During the cold nights it was heavenly to have the fireplace warming us. The kitchen is so well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, utensils, heck...the list is too long to write about! The garden is so well maintained, and the oranges and grapefruits were delicious!! What a bonus!! The home, surrounded by vineyards, was beyond relaxing. The city of Lodi, with all the nearby wineries, has everything one might need. Great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are just a few minutes away. Any time we are in Lodi, Alicante Acres will be our home-away-from-home!!

Lodi is Beyond Lovely

The home was perfect! We've stayed in vacation rentals around the world and this home was the one of the best! The kitchen has everything you would ever need, and things that, once you use them, you want to go home and buy for your own home! The furnishings are outstanding; the beds are soooo comfortable you will want to stay under the covers all day. But then you will want to get up so you can enjoy the gorgeous back garden with relaxing fountain. The grounds of the home are perfectly manicured and pride of ownership is very obvious. Looking out over the vineyard was very tranquil, we appreciated it as our trip was a busy one (celebrating a 90th birthday). The location is perfect. You are surrounded by vineyards but only a few minutes away from outstanding restaurants, wineries, and other activities. The pictures in the listing are great but the home is even better when you arrive! You will feel warm and welcomed from the moment you arrive! We are looking forward to our next trip back to Lodi and staying at Alicante Acres.

Amazing Property!

The house was spacious and clean, and the backyard was a perfect space to hang out. Fire pit was a nice cherry on top for the cold nights and enjoying coffee in the backyard in morning overlooking a vineyard was the way to start a day! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Home!

We had a wonderful time on our 1st visit to Lodi and wine country. This property was perfectly located amidst all the wineries and was more than we could have asked for. A beautiful, spacious home with all the comfort and amenities of home! Comfortable bedrooms with clean, updated bathrooms! We also enjoyed watching the sunset amongst the beautiful landscaped grounds. The waterfall, fire pit and corn hole game were added bonuses! You won’t be disappointed if you stay in this lovely home!

Wonderful home, gorgeous garden close to vineyards

Very upgraded modern home with lovely property and yard. Perfect for our two couples to come enjoy local wine tasting and grilling at the lovely home. The property manager was very on top of it, friendly and helpful and the house had everything we could have wanted, including a lovely bottle of wine. We definitely want to come back!

Wine country

This property was outstanding for 3 adult couples. We were in California for a fun-filled week of wine tasting and this house in Lodi region was perfectly located to end our trip. The house was equipped and supplied with everything we needed. What a treat the backyard! And we really enjoyed fresh grapefruit from the tree in the yard!! We hope to stay here again in the future and highly recommend this home.
