"The property is situated in a lovely, peaceful spot. On Friday night when we arrived, sat having drinks in the garden we were lucky enough to see a mother deer and her fawn skipping up the fields behind us. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed, large spacious bedrooms and a lovely hot tub. We had lunch in the dog and gun pub just up the road and the food was delicious. "Really enjoyed our stay at 1 Brook House. Very comfortable cottage, charming decor and plenty of room. It was the ideal base for our day walks in the Peak District. "
