"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."

"A really great hotel with a sincerely welcoming staff. Off season is great! Less crowds, just as many restaurants and such. We loved this hotel. Bed comfortable, linens lovely. Bathroom upgraded and adequate closet. Nice extras, great staff. It is conveniently located to walk the historic district, little Venice and fishmonger’s lane, etc. breakfast was a special treat and worth the extra charge. The room was warm but could be modulated by opening the window on what was a very quiet...

"The hotel offers everything a hotel usually does except a bar or restaurant. However the Novotel next door has both so sorted. A ten minute walk through an undercover tunnel takes you to the railway station and bus and tram terminal so you can get everywhere. The hotel gives you a city pass for reduced cost museum access and free travel. The term Budget sets the scene, but how long do you spend in your hotel when on a City Break?"

"It’s close to the centre. In the room we have everything we need. They offer drinking water and free pastries ( leftover from breakfast). The staff is friendly. Everything is sparkling clean. I don’t understand the low rate at all. "
