The Best Location & Quite Pleasant
The hotel is centrally located within 2-5 mins walk from 2 metro stations on different lines. A lovely gentleman was in the lobby when I arrived and checked me in within seconds. The App key was easy to use. The (basement)room is of a minimalist design, and was very cozy and comfortable. The shower room was nice and had good water pressure. I thought the lack of a window would feel suffocating, but not at all. I slept deeper without light seeping through in the morning. Connecting to the internet and casting on the TV was simple. Other guests in the hallway could be heard quite easily. I was woken up by this and also the lovely cleaner vacuuming, which she cannot help. The doors certainly require soundproofing. The main issue was there was no plug socket other than the one behind the bed. With an adapter in place, I could not fit my devices in there for use. There wasn't even a shaver plug socket in the bathroom for my toothbrush. I had to stand by the front door to blowdry my hair with the provided hair dryer, but could not straighten my hair. It is a major inconvenience and needs to be addressed asap. I did mention this to a lovely lady who was assisting new guests in the lobby one afternoon. I received coupons for breakfast at their sister hotel as an apology for the inconvenience. Bar the plug socket issue and soundproofing, I enjoyed my stay and will return. Hopefully by then the issues will have been resolved, therefore making for a much more pleasant stay.

Poor self check in, could not do it after following all the procedures sent by txt, the key did not work either, helped by a very friendly apologetic man on duty, he sorted all the check in issues for us, he gave us a discount voucher for a local place to eat as an apology, room very small , but bed comfy and slept well, Would not stay again as i now know i like a hotel to check me in and not do it myself!

Incheckningen funkade inte alls. Efter flera försök fick det lösas med manuell hjälp från ett systerhotell. Omständigt och vi missade vår inplanerade aktivitet. Inga glas eller muggar på rummet. Wifi gick ej att koppla upp pga avsaknad av information. Endast 3 kanaler funkade på tv’n. Nytt och fräscht, men en bra bit kvar med basics innan det går att bo där. Kanske hade otur? Intressant att se om någon hör av sig.

Det var ett ovanligt hotell. Det skulle vara helt automatiskt men programmet hade fått en bugg och funkade inte. Det var en trevlig kille där som hjälpte till. Rummet ar ok men saknade helt avställningsytor och hade knappt någon förvaring så det mesta fick ligga på golvet. En annan knäpp grej var att det var räfflad glasvägg mellan rummet och toan så när man skulle gå på toan så var det inte värst privat. Det var i alla fall ok på det stora hele.

Rent och modernt
Appen, som skulle fungera som nyckel, fungerade inte. Ringde servicenumret och efter 2-3 minuter fick vi hjälp på plats. Istället för appen fick vi ett nyckekort. Rummet var fräscht och kändes modernt. Möjligtvis skulle jag önska att man kunde tona ljuset.

Ett väldigt mysig hitell med precis det man behöver för en kortare resa. Skönaste hotellsängen jag någonsin sovit i ich ett väldigt mysig och fräsch rum. Konceptet av att allt är självhanterat och ingen personal är väldigt bra och det finns alltid personal tillgänglig på telefon om det skulle vara något problem med incheckning osv. Inte bara det men det är bäldigt prisvärt också! Rekommenderar starkt och kommer bo där i fortsättningen när jag åker till Stockholm.

Lite knepigt att checka in helt digitalt och utan hjälp. Fick dock ganska snabbt hjälp med incheckningen och sedan var det inga problem. Att hotellet inte har frukost gjorde inte så mycket då trevliga caféer fanns i den direkta omgivningen. Nöjd med detta boende, det var över mina förväntningar
