Fin rymlig lägenhet (superior). Närheten till Gamla stan och Söder är ett stort plus. Enkelt med kod att få tillträde till lägenheten.

Good base close to old town
Comfortable bedroom, kitchen and shower room in a period property. Great location, 5 minutes walk from Stockholm old town. Very quiet in the apartment - good heating and great shower. Kitchen cupboards a bit tired, but everything worked fine.

Excellent stay in Stockholm
Excellent accommodations that we have been using several times. Fairly quiet, while still centrally positioned one our favorite part of Stockholm. If I need to point to one thing they can do better - secure the rugs/carpets/mats on the floor. I ended up rolling them into a corner after having nearly fallen several times as they are sliding on the beautiful old floor.

Enda nackdelen var alla trappor upp till vindsvåningen. Fantastisk personal som både tog emot oss samt hjälpte till när vi fick tåget försenat o lät oss stanna ytterligare 2 timmar i rummet. Superservice!!! Snyggt, rent och välordnat rum!

Nice and convenient flat in central Stockholm
Apartment appeared clean, tidy and stylish. Nice kitchenette area for preparation of meals. The beds were very comfortable by Hästens - the well-known Swedish bed company. Check-in was completely self-service. I received an email with the door code for the entrance and a separate one for the apartment. The email also included directions, which were needed because it was a bit tricky to find the main door. The flats are in an old and charming apartment building without an elevator. Only downside was having to carry the luggage up three flights of stairs. I would recommend for both business and pleasure trips. Very convenient and in a great location.

Great Business Hotel
A self service apartment hotel, so there is literally no service expectation. Have to clean up by throwing own rubbish after stay. Location wise is perfect as it is close to all amenities and transport. Big room and most important is the shower stays hot throughout bathe time. Not even some 5 star hotels can have this consistency.

Nice little spot
This is a nice little spot that's both in a good location but a little hidden and out-of-the-way. I could easily walk to many places. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It's very minimalist which I liked, but still a cute room. It's definitely not a hotel, it's basically a studio apartment. My only complaint is that getting into the building was an unpleasant hassle. I didn't realize until I got there that I needed a code to get in, so I stood outside while on hold, being very tired and cold and using 25 cents a minute on my cell phone. They came back and gave me a code, and I stupidly didn't try it while on the phone, but it didn't work. I called back, got a different person, and it turned out that the code I was given was just for my room, but not to actually get into the building. I spent more time on hold until I was given the code to the building, which I immediately tried and it didn't work. After several attempts I went on hold AGAIN and several minutes later they came back and laughingly said "oh they changed the code and didn't tell us!" I finally got the correct code and got into the building and my room before I hung up the phone. The person said also said that they didn't email me the codes because I booked through Hotels.com instead of directly through them, but it seems like they should have that issue worked out.

Great Stay
My stay in Second Home Apartments was great, my friend and I were both extremely happy with everything the room had to offer. The location was ideal for our stay with quick access to the subway and even a short walk to the Ferry in Gamla Stan. For eating and drinks the Sodermalm offered plenty of options, many within a 10-15 walk. The room itself was small as expected for a European room but never felt cramped. The bathroom and kitchenette were clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. We both slept very well during our stay. Check in and check out were easy, I really enjoyed just receiving a code rather than waiting at a busy front desk.
