We arrived at the time the email said we could check in and we could not get in. The sign on the door said it did not open for several more hours. No one was around. We were unable to reach a person by phone. The hotel was literally underneath the soccer arena and not convenient to the city center. We bailed and stayed at another hotel.

To check in hotel you have to go into the Boston restaurant but that isn’t open during summer so you have to go across into O’Learys. Most of the time there is no one to help you, it’s all done self service. We wanted to store our luggage, as its states on their site that it is an option, but no one was working to facilitate that. We came to the reception in O’Learys at 9:30 am, not opened, then came back at 11:30 am since check out was at 12 and still no one working. I found someone not affiliated with the hotel but somehow worked at Olearys, who opened the coat check room so we could leave our bags for a few hours. They do offer a breakfast which is in the empty restaurant with no one working so you just awkwardly walk in the empty restaurant to help yourself. It was one of the most uncomfortable and awkward hotel experiences. This hotel works if you want zero interaction, extras, and you’re doing something specifically at Globen otherwise it’s a waste of money to stay there.

Meh!
Fick ett trevligt bemötande av personalen men första rummet var ostädat och med en använd kondom i papperskorgen. Bad om ett nytt rum och det fick jag utan några krusiduller. Det andra var större men även det var dåligt städat och nergånget men inte lika äckligt som det första. Frukosten var bedrövlig. Serveringen startade 07:00 men varken ägg, bröd eller smör fanns förrän 07:15. Hade bråttom så det blev en väldigt sparsam frukost och den var inte god.
