Very good communal area and clean. Check in is swift and easy ring buzzer and have a envelope waiting for you upstairs through the secured coded door. Great location 2 minute walk to metro and ferry 5 minute walk highly recommend

Liked it compared to the price
It was quite hard to bring a 23kg carrier to the hostel as the road was full of bricks and there was no elevator. However, the service was good, the kitchen was find without the fact that the trashcan is only being cleaned on Mondays. Also, don't forget to remember the key numbers to the front door and floor door. I almost forgot to write that there were people yelling outside the hostel over midnight saying "Wake up" and it was very annoying. Overall I liked the hostel compared to the price.

Pratar ingen svenska ? Svårt att höra i porttelefonen instruktionen på engelska! Hade uppskattat om den också togs på svenska ! Dubbelrummet ljust och fräscht med 2stora fönster med djup nisch som man kunde använda som extra hylla. Sköna fräscha sängkläderna Perfekt läge i gamla stan med alla uteställen direkt på Nygatan ! Hade önskat bättre städat och koll på t.ex den flytande handtvålen på toaletten. Pappershanddukar saknades ! Blev att man torka händerna med det tunna toapappret !Pris

Trevliga men små rum mitt i gamla stan. Tag med öronproppar då det hörs tydligt upp från Stora Nygatan. Små toaletter och duschrum som kunde vara i bättre skick.

Läget bra, rum ok men ogästvänligt.
Priset och läget gjorde det ok! Vi stannade bara en natt kom vid 20.00 och skulle vidare med tåg tidigt morgonen efter. Svårt att höra i porttelefonen som kort person när det var livligt på gatan utanför. Ingen personal på plats. Fick gå ut till porttelefonen för fråga om utcheckning. Lyhörda rum. Skulle försöka hitta ett gästvänligare ställe nästa gång!

Kändes inte speciellt gästvänligt. Porttelefon men ingen fanns i receptionen trots att personal då borde finnas. Mycket rop och skrik på Stora Nygatan så inte lätt höra vad som sades i telefonen. Rummet mot Stora Nygatan var ok. Inte stort dock. Bra toalett- och duschutrymmen. Har bott på bättre ställen i Stockholm till samma pris. Men läget är ju superbt!! Bättre kan det inte bli, mitt i Gamla stan.
