Perfectly situated in Östermalm, this beautiful 130SQM apartment with 2 balconies is the perfect stay for you as a couple or family. The apartment is bright with large windows, furnished with modern Scandinavian design with large living spaces and 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a shower. Östermalmstorg is just around the corner and you can reach Stureplan within a minute walk.

The Space:
This top floor apartment is situated on a calm street close to the vibrant Östermalmstorg and Stureplan. The apartment offers large social spaces to hang out and unwind; a spacious dining room with seating for 6 people and a living room adjacent with a seating area and TV. Entrance to one of the large balconies is adjacent to the dining room where you can sit outside and dine in the summer time.

The two bedrooms are situated at the other end of the apartment so you can enjoy privacy: 1 master bedroom with a luxurious 180 cm wide DUX bed and a junior suite with a comfy 140 bed. A small ensuite bathroom with a WC and sink is adjacent to the master bedroom, so is also entrance to the second balcony.

The kitchen is spacious with all essentials one need to prepare own food and is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a hob with oven. there is also a washer/dryer. There is also a nice little seating area, access to one of the two balconies as well as lots of space to prepare meals.

The Neighborhood:
This lovely top floor apartment is nicely situated on a calm Östermalm street only a short walk away from both Östermalmstorg and Stureplan, not too far from Karlaplan and Royal Djurgården. The apartment is extremely well connected to public transportation networks; by being located near multiple bus stops and the red metro line. The area in which the apartment is situated is central, lively and interesting; with a few of the most well known restaurants in Stockholm such as Sturehof, Riche and Teaterbaren and lots of coffee shops and bars right around the corner. Östermalmssaluhall can be reached within a 2 minute walk from the apartment, where you will find grocery stores, designer boutiques and many other shops and restaurants.

Getting Around:
The closest metro is Östermalmstorg. From there, you can reach the entirety of Stockholm via the metro (T) and buses. I recommend you to explore the city by foot, since Stockholm is quite small and highly accessible for pedestrians.

Other Things to Note:
I would like to remind you that it is important that the following rules of order are followed during your stay. It is forbidden to smoke not only in the apartment but also in the entirety of the apartment complex, including outside and in the staircase and balconies. It is also important to keep in mind that peace and quiet should be kept between 10pm to 07am everyday of the week to avoid disturbing the neighbours close-by. The apartment has a disturbance detector that reports any smell of smoke and disturbing noise for everyone's safety and well-being, as it is important to show respect for the residents of the property. It is also crucial that no shoes are used inside the apartment. No pets are allowed to enter the apartment either. Moreover, strictly no guests except for confirmed guests can stay in the apartment. If any extra guests are seen entering the building or apartment, we will have to cancel the booking without a refund, as it is strictly against our house rules.
