"lovely stay for backpackers, friendly and helpful staff and good facility’s, if your over 5”10 i’d recommend a double bed as the bunks are a bit snug but overall 10/10"

"This was a really nice place to stay in Split and not be alone. Shared a room with 3 people. Easy to secure stuff. Clean bathroom. Close to old town, palace, riva, port. Very walkable. Taxi drop off and pick up is a couple blocks away. There are some stairs to some rooms. Coffee and breakfast was convenient. Very nice, helpful staff. Would stay again. "

"Good place and cheap"

"Great location for a good price. Very receptive and communicative (eg immediately came when I locked myself out of the apartment but was still locked within the gate.) Since there was almost no one there during low season, he gave me the option to stay in a room without others. Very nice."

"I’d never stayed alone at a hostel before and was very nervous. I was shocked to find a welcoming environment, a clean, quiet, and air conditioned common space, and a sparkling clean and cheerful women’s dorm with a secure locking closet and a few respectful and quiet occupants. One of the pleasantest experiences of the trip, I honestly wish I had stayed longer!"

"I came n the day, the housekeeper is not friendly at all and she was the only one worker there. She doesn't speak English so I waited more than 2 hours just to understand that I need to wait 2 hours more to have someone from the reception. I loose so much time. Except this, the girl from the reception is nice and the room is clean."

"One of the best experiences we have had in a privately rented out house. The owner was extremely friendly and treated us Ike family. The house is walking distance to the center of Strobrec, a suburb of Split with its marina and restaurants. There are also beaches just 3 minutes away which we enjoyed. We just stayed for one night but will definitely try to come back."

"Right in the old town of split, so as you would expect this is an old building. Rooms on the small side but equipped well with kettle hairdryer safe fridge. No lifts so need to be able to climb the stairs. Help available to carry luggage on arrival but due to early departure not available when we left. Good breakfast in very small breakfast room. Was fine for us as hotel was not full but could get busy in high season. Kindly allowed us to make a sandwich prior to breakfast time to take to the airport. Friendly team at the hotel. "

Hidden gem!

"Our stay was amazing! Clear and proactive instructions on how to get into the apartment, although it took a little finding with Google maps but that is down to the wonderful maze that is the old town of Dubrovnik 😍 the apartments were fabulous - clean, modern but in a and in a Central location "

"we loved this place. we stayed here for a few days at the end of our europe trip, and it was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. pool/ocean/building view did not disappoint - it’s exactly as pictured. food was delicious in the restaurant, and the rooms were so luxurious! we were so comfortable and happy. a walk to the little town which can be hot in the heat of summer but is a great location, and a little bit further out for lovely peace and quiet. beach is just across the road with stunning coastline views - there was an inflatable playground nearby which was lots of fun for me and my sister (we’re grown ups haha). would love to come back and stay for longer. loved it"
