"Each day we would explore a new area of Bidwell Park and Chico and enjoyed the home when we returned to set up our laptops and list the birds we had seen for the day. The large table in open-concept kitchen was perfect to sit around and the sofas and recliner were nice for enjoying our morning coffee and reading before we made breakfast in the spacious and well accommodated kitchen. Spacious home with nice backyard. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. "

"Everything was handled beautifully from beginning to end. We were in room 5, upstairs and it felt like we had a lovely studio apartment all to ourselves. The room was laid out beautifully and the soft colors of the room were very relaxing. Very quiet spot, even though it's less than a block from the highway. Beautiful neighborhood to walk through. We particularly enjoyed spending some time in Bidwell Park. Our only regret was only having one night there. We are already looking at our schedule...

"We arrived after midnight, and the door lock mechnism would not let us in to the VRBO. We tried for 20 minutes. It would make a lot of noises, but never let us in. We had to get two motel rooms that night. The next day I contacted the owner. They told me they woul replace the batteries. I finally heard from them around 6. It was fixed. At first, it made the same noises. Finally after playing with the handle, it opened.would replace the"
