"This was a great place to stay. It was clean and had really nice finishes and decor. It was stocked with all the essentials you may have forgotten. It was comfortable and felt really homey. We had a mix-up with other reservations and when we requested an extra day, the host responded quickly and worked with us so we could stay an extra day. We would definitely stay again. "

"Everything was handled beautifully from beginning to end. We were in room 5, upstairs and it felt like we had a lovely studio apartment all to ourselves. The room was laid out beautifully and the soft colors of the room were very relaxing. Very quiet spot, even though it's less than a block from the highway. Beautiful neighborhood to walk through. We particularly enjoyed spending some time in Bidwell Park. Our only regret was only having one night there. We are already looking at our schedule...

"Property was not clean when we showed up. Floors were dirty and beds left not made and unclean. House is very outdated. Heaters hardly worked. Heater in the living room we had to turn the thermostat to max for it to turn on and the one in the main bedroom seemed to not work at all. We had to wash the bedsheets before using. Luckily they did have a washer and dryer out back but the dryer also didnt seem to work properly. "

"Location was close to a lot. Home was wonderful for our group of five adults and showed us to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family that lives there locally. Thanks for a great stay!"
