"Es war die perfekte Ferienwohnung für unseren Urlaub als Familie mit zwei Eltern und zwei Kindern. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Laufnähe zum Strand, Infrastruktur ist in der Nähe. Insbesondere die Gastgeber sind herzlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen wiederzukommen."

"The villa was not up to the standard I would expect at this price, the location was ok, but not good, very close to other villas, and if you like listening to parents screaming at their children in German all day then this is good for you. Very poor standard of decoration and fit, plumbing was substandard with a broken shower which we had to get fixed. Why it was not checked before we arrived I really don't understand. The decor is very poor, with numerous bits of wooden wall fittings hanging...

Non ci sono state comunicati tutti i costi indiretti dovuti a prenotazione spiaggia La Pelosa e i posteggi a pagamento che equivalgono a 15 / 20 euro al giorno. Le altre spiagge libere sono piene di alghe e quelle a pagamento sono intorno a 35 euro giorno per un ombrellone e due lettini. Non ci sono grossi supermercati nei dintorni."

"Careful, hidden costs: the place charges extra for linen. Also not recommended for short term rental. One roll of toilet paper was the only consumable, no salt, pepper, dish washing detergent or more toilet paper that people usually require. There is also a deposit in cash and we received last minute cleaning requirements to receive the deposit back, which was weird. Otherwise ok and large place, the neighborhood is a bit boring, nothing walkable close by."

"Aucun N° pour trouver la maison, Le ménage est facturé 150 euros mais il reste tout a faire. Les poignées de portes sont a moitié cassées, sur le gaz, seuls 2 feux fonctionnent sur 5, un lit est envahi de fourmis. L'éclairage du living ne permet pas de voir ce qu'on mange le soir, les abattants des 2 wc ne tiennent pas, le bas des murs est moisis sur 20 à 30 cm, la baignoire est rouillée, interrupteur cassé, etc... rien n'est réparé ! Le gestionnaire n'a jamais voulu se déplacer pour constaté...

"The property and house were very nice. When we first got there the humidity and temperature where uncomfortable but after the first day things got better. The master bedroom and bathroom are very nice with air-conditioning. The other bedrooms are in a basement area with 2 shared bathrooms . The bedrooms have no air-conditioning and if it's hot can be challenging . The owner met us and gave us some good information and said air-conditioning is on there list for installation soon. "Great loation. Located very close to La Pelosa. Easy drive or bike ride to La Pelosa and other beaches/outdoor activities. Nice hotel but seemed focused on families with children. We were a young couple and felt a little out of place. Not sure if it was the time of year or if this place appeals to couples with children. Not an issue because we spent most our time at off the property. Great staff."

"Apartment is very nice, spotlessly clean with outside space front and back. Sofa bed was very comfortable with a good mattress. Pool was nice and had a lifeguard on duty at the times specified. 5 min walk from the famous Spiaggia La Pelosa, just remember to bring Straw Mat or Microfibre Towel. Only negatives, quite noisy from adjoining apartments, no soundproofing and the area outside property is very run down, lots unfinished construction sites."
