In a very popular position, a stone's throw from the magnificent Pelosa beach, surrounded by greenery and with great privacy, Casa Li Nassi is the ideal solution for those who want a stay close to the sea. Located on the first floor, reachable via a flight of stairs, it consists of a lounge with fantastic sea view, living area, kitchenette, double bedroom and twin bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and window. The property is completed by a fantastic and panoramic covered veranda accessible from the living room, equipped with a sofa and dining area. Casa Li Nassi, has an outdoor shower, barbeque, air conditioning, wifi and ceiling fans in the master bedroom.
You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00. And that will be subject to an appointment being made with the receptionist.. City Tax: € 0,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

A bit tired
Management company and check in was wonderful. However, the entire apartment is a bit tired and worn out with missing shades, cracked tiles, chipped paint, etc The property is in a fairly good location distant from others. And the beach is just a 4 minute drive. Overall fine but desperately needs maintenance.

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht
Sehr netter persönlicher checkin Vorgang, sehr gute Ausstattung, großartige Aussicht auf der Terrasse. Tolle Zimmer, tolle Küche, tolle Betten. Verdunkelung an den großen Fenstern im Wohnzimmer fehlen. Waschmaschine und eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer vorhanden sowie ein eigener Parkplatz. Sehr gutes wifi vorhanden. Die Moskito Netze an den Fenstern sollten repariert werden. Zu Fuß zum Strand mit Kindern war für uns zu weit entfernt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Stintino Anfang Mai mit viel Sonne, aber noch angenehmen Temperaturen. Highlight der Ferienwohnung ist die fantastische Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer Richtung Asinara und auf der anderen Seite ins Grüne. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet (inkl. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine), allerdings manches nicht mehr in Top-Zustand. So ließ sich bespielweise die Tür zum Badezimmer nicht mehr schließen und ebenso einige der Fensterläden, da das Holz verzogen war. Auch war leider keine Ersatz-Gasflasche vorhanden, als uns am letzten Abend beim Kochen das Gas ausging. Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung und der traumhaften Umgebung. Sowohl die schönen Strände im Osten der Halbinsel als auch die felsige Küste im Westen sind fußläufig erreichbar.
