" We needed somewhere to spend 1 night in Guthrie and didn't want a hotel room. We found a quiet street and very nice home just like Grandma's -( if you grew up in the 60's or 70's.) The house is well supplied and had everything we needed. Scott & Brenda - Plano Texas."

"The WIFI did not work and I tried to contact the property manager and they did not respond. Also there was no soap and the TV remote was out of battery."

"My son and I and some of our close friends came up to go tour OSU for the day on a Saturday. We came up the night before to make it easier.We arrived a little later than planned, along with an extra kid. Kessie was very welcoming and added him for us.The house was very cute and was very homey.The bed in the front bedroom was AMAZING and I slept soooo good. "Our stay at the Gibby House was delightful! Nothing is forgotten, every detail is thoughtful and beautiful too! We enjoyed the indoors- especially the game room- but also the outdoor space was wonderful for the kids to run and play! And from a moms perspective- we loved finding sound machines in each room, along with the fact that a full pack n play fits in the master closet!! We look forward to coming back soon:)"

"2nd time I have stayed in one of the Oasis houses. I absolutely loved it, again! The VRBO was full of amenities. They had a full coffee bar with different kinds of coffee, creamer, and sugar (a Keurig and Nespresso). They had a variety of snacks sitting out and all kinds of seasonings if you want to cook. Bedding and pillows were fantastic! Lots of extra throw blankets. Water pressure in shower was perfect. Bathroom was fully stocked in case you forget something. TV had movie memberships...
