"Comfy master bed. Plenty of hot water. Views from the dock across the street were relaxing. 2 different living spaces in the house. Easy to communicate with the owner. No dishwasher. There is a fire pit and a deck with an outdoor grill (didn’t get a chance to use either even though we bought camp wood). Location for purpose of our leaf peeping trip was ok. AC units in several of the rooms. We only found heat in main room— not sure if just missed it or what but was ok. Didn’t have time to use...

"This was a perfect cozy escape for our weekend in Saratoga. Just off the beaten path, but close enough to downtown. Charming, rustic but definitely nicely appointed and clean accommodations. Secluded wooded surroundings. Plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. The host made us feel very welcome by leaving treats for our dog as well as for us too. This is a host that goes the extra mile. "

"The cabin was even more beautiful in person. It had such a cozy feel to it with an old American farm atmosphere. Susan, the property owner. Was a wonderful host! Our communication was seamless and she was kind and courteous. She made us feel right at home. As with many older townhomes the stairs are a little steep, but the apartment more than made up for them. It was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. I would highly recommend this rental."

"This is my friend and my third time coming to the ADK region for vacation in the fall-this is by far our best experience yet. Joe not only sent an email with the check in process but also made sure I received it and had his cell phone number for any issues. The cabin was spotless and cozy- the little touches of decorations/candles gave it a very welcoming feel. The area was beautiful, so many places to hike and explore! It was great to have a fire by the river in the evenings and a cup of coffee...

Lake George less than 20 mins away and Stewart's gas station right across the road for last min things or ice cream after dinner ! The owners were soooooo nice and accommodating! Very pleasant and helpful ! We loved all the trees around the property. Very shady ! And steps away from the lake. We will be back for sure. Thank you !"

"The property was amazing! The cottage is like a cozy little cottage! We had a great time! It was extremely clean, directions for everything in the house were clear, and recommendations from Mike were excellent! Mike was easily reached with whatever questions we had! We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!! "

"The house is very big. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen. The host and property manager were very responsive and attentive. It was a little warm but we were warned of the cooling situation and we were there on a very hot humid week. I would recommend for a group trip. close to lots to do. "

"I should first comment on the size of this Hilton – it's sprawling!! Ample parking as well. I was pleased that the parking lot was well lit, since we had a car jam packed with college stuff. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was very nice! Those are the two things that my husband cares most about – that and the huge TV. The location is perfect for staying in town, but not in the center of everything – it's at the end of Broadway, so it's ideal for walking up one side and coming back the other to truly see everything Saratoga Springs has to offer. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Other than limited parking when the businesses in the area who share the parking are open. Then parking is limited. Once the businesses close, plenty of parking. Very clean facility and very walkable area with great restaurants and shops with a very friendly helpful staff. Will stay here again."
