"Officially the quietest hotel we've ever stayed in - once in our rooms we literally heard nothing from outside it. The room was nice, clean etc. We were there for 4 days and no one came to clean which was unexpected but equally not really an issue. Staff were all friendly. Location was ok for us as we like walking but it is quite a distance from anywhere. No restaurants nearby, we got caught out one evening when we returned back late from watching the Ice Hockey and couldn't find anywhere to get...

"When we arrived the check-in process was smooth. However when we arrived to the room it was far from clean. Nightstand had a coffee stain on it and floors were very dusty. Called down to the front desk said they would send someone to clean, so we waited and nobody showed up after 30mins. We were hungry so we stopped by the front desk to ask our way out the door. "One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It’s right next to the heart of Vienna, very easily accessible to all the museums, theaters, and transportation. The staff is extremely courteous and they offer a phenomenal breakfast. Along with the beautiful rooms, they have excellent amenities like a sauna room, gym, and lounges. I will definitely be staying here again!"
