"We loved our stay at Doorn Kraal. Firstly the staff are lovely and so professional. Our room (the 2 bedroom cottage) was super neat and tidy, and it had everything we needed and it was very quiet as it’s a bit further away. Just be mindful at night, there may be one or two spiders in the trees when you walk to the cottage (have a flashlight). The food was soo delicious, we could not stop thinking about the wonderful dinner. We will stay again. Thanks to all the staff! "

"Great facility. Looks exactly like the photos. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The 2 safaris that we went on were exceptionally good. The jeep driver/guide was knowledgeable & explained everything that he was asked & more. Couldn’t fault him. Would definitely recommend "

"This property was a total disaster. It was advertised as having air con. No restrictions. We get there and were told there is no air con from 10pm to 10am. I would never have booked the place without air con. We were told to leave the windows open and were eaten alive by bugs all night. Spoke to the owners and were told ok we would be able to use the air con the following day. Guess what… next day all of a sudden the air con “doesn’t work” may be a day or two until it’s fixed. We decided to leave. They said they would refund the money and then charged us for two days anyway. Do your self a favor stay somewhere else. "
