Great Fall Family Getaway
We come to this area of Michigan every fall with 3 family generations to go apple picking and visit the pumpkin patch.
This house was perfect for our visit. The bedroom and bathroom layouts gave us plenty of space and were very comfortable and well appointed. I especially appreciated how all the light switches were marked; there were wonderful lights and fans and with that much space it can get confusing!
The family space was incredible. A big table in the diningroom which hosted our game night (and a great game found at the house!) and the basement was fun for all (please check the amenities) The yard was beautiful. The hot tub was welcome in the cool of the evening and the yard was also quite private. The trampoline was a bonus! The well appointed kitchen made making meals easy, and the family room gave us plenty of space to spread out when the adults wanted football and the kids wanted to play.
The owners were extremely attentive and easy to get a hold of and their directions very clear. The check in was easy, and their guide to the area with recommendations came in handy and we visited a few restaurants they listed. It was all delicious. I would highly recommend this space for families or a friends weekend on the Michigan wine trail. It's a great house with a great location and we hope to go back again.
