This was advertised as an aparthotel. It is not. It is, I assume a former public sector property that is divided into four "apartments". I think perhaps that one of the general rules is that when there is no picture of the outside of the property that you should fear the worst. To be fair, they have done what they can, however, for me it was not suitable - there is no desk, for example. It is a little walk to Old Stevenage and there is plenty of restaurants and facilities there. Not one for me.
