Yes, it has its own sandy beach, with propane fire pit, 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, and paddleboards. The owner was kindly attentive in assuring we had all we needed. "5 of us stayed here for a week while we were at an event nearby. The place is gorgeous, huge, impecably clean, and for our purposes very convenient. We particularly appreciated the nice touches of a bottle of wine and some snacks, and the large and very functional washing machine/dryer setup, We’re immediately trying to rebook for a trip next year!. "This was perfect for what we needed as we had an event at the Foxwood Casino. It wasn't too far from Mystic which was good for us when we wanted to venture out. The only thing I would say needs to be clarified is that, though there is AC, it's a window unit in one bedroom down stairs and one upstairs. "Kitchen island is great for meals/games, pool table and sound system are added bonuses that make you feel at home if you’re staying in for the night. If you’re going out, the Mohegan Sun and other attractions are only a few minutes drive, but just far enough that you’re away from the action when coming home at the end of the night. "

"Great location for family gathering! Casino, shopping, restaurants, historic area, great fenced backyard and playhouse in addition to an amazing well appointed home that had plenty of room for our blended family. This is situated right off the green and very convenient! The down side to this is that from the front rooms at night you may hear traffic, so light sleepers should get the rooms (there are 8 with 1 very small tandem bedroom) farther back in the house. We will definitely go back!"
