"We were welcomed by pretty flowers and delicious cookies on the kitchen table left by our hosts, Dave & Marty. The accommodations were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The Property is along a water way which leads out to the lake. There is a nice patio outside of the kitchen to grill and socialize or just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. One evening Dave & Marty connected with us from their deck above and we found them to be very nice folks! Hope to be able to stay here again!"

"The property is a wonderful place to stay. The view is amazing from the wrap around porch. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there. Not far from Berlin, Sugar Creek, Mt. Hope, Charm or Walnut Creek. My sister and adult daughter love to get away there for a girls retreat. Eli is a wonderful host. It is very clean and comfortable and has a hot tub! The goats are a bonus."

Best hotel stay ever

"This was a spur of the moment stay due to issues with our plumbing at home. This turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere. Wish we had more money to stay another night. Room was much more than i expected when walking it. It was beautiful and the bed was absolutely amazing!"
