Neatly furnished holiday home with fireplace, in a separate area with its own entrance, a beautiful holiday home, in a wonderfully quiet location only 600 m from the Szczecin Lagoon and directly on the edge of the park. You have access to a beautifully landscaped garden and natural plot. Just a few kilometers away you can enjoy the charm of miles of sandy beaches or enter the holiday turmoil of the well-known tourist towns of Miedzyzdroje and Dziwnow. Details: WLAN tourist tax Activities nearby: As a waterfront between Poland and Germany, the Szczecin Lagoon has always been a unique feature of the landscape and thus an attraction for humans and animals. Not only the adjacent nature parks Usedom and Am Stettiner Haff are home to a unique flora and fauna. In summer, several bathing beaches attract sunbathers and water sports enthusiasts, in winter you can let the wind blow you and let your mind wander. If you want to be culturally inspired, you should take a day trip to Szczecin, on the western side of the Oder. The city is of course heavily influenced by the river and has a very interesting cityscape with multiple islands. Urlaub Weihnachten 2022
Wir waren schon mehrmals in Polen. Aber was uns da angeboten wurde war nicht der Tatsache wie es beschrieben wurde. War nicht genug Geschirr da und noch nicht einmal Wassergläser. Dort fahren wir nicht mehr hin.

Vor Ort war die Kommunikation nur mit Übersetzer möglich, englisch wurde nicht gesprochen. Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig und alles was man brauch an Läden ist in der Nähe. Der Garten ist an allen Seiten eingezäunt und somit können Hunde auch ohne Leine im Garten sein. Vor Ort hat die Kaffeemaschine nicht funktioniert, welche auch nicht ersetzt wurde nachdem wir es dem Vermieter mitgeteilt haben.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung. Leider etwas hellhörig. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Schmutzig und minderwertig
Die Ferienwohnung war schmutzig. Die Matratzen der Betten mussten erstmal vom Sand befreit werden. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war voller Hundehaare. Die Dunstabzugshaube über dem Herd klebte und man muss Angst haben, dass Fett heraustropft. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Pleasant stay
The Landlord was very kind and helpful. The object was as described and right next to a playground. Stepnica has all the necessities, shops and restaurants and a very nice beach. I can recommend it for families with smaller children.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub mit Hund
Das Haus war genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Von der Lage etwas abseits gelegen. Für unsere Jungs, gab es direkt nebenan einen Skatepark, Basketballplatz und einen Fußballplatz. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Strand brauchte man ca. 10 Minuten. Hier gab es auch einen Imbiss und ein Restaurant. Auf dem Weg dorthin, kommt man an der Tankstelle vorbei. Der Garten des Hauses war eingezäunt. Somit konnte der Hund nicht weglaufen. Unser PKW wurde auf dem Hof geparkt und durch ein Tor verschlossen. Das gesamte Grundstück war mit Kameras überwacht. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan, da es sich um eine Doppelhaus handelt. Natürlich hörte man hier und da, dass nebenan noch jemand wohnte. Dieses hsz uns aber nicht gestört. Der Vermieter war somit ständig greifbar und immer hilfsbereit. Als einzige Kritikpunkte muss ich erwähnen, dass Fahrräder, eine Liege, Fußball etc. nur gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr zu bekommen ist. Die Beschreibung gibt es so nicht her. Darüber hinaus, war das W-LAN echt langsam. Dieses wird aber lt. Vermieter diese Woche behoben und ausgebaut. Alles in allem, waren wir top zufrieden und können das Objekt und die Gegend vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Danke.
