Needs a better description in advertising to say chalet is a static and is on a holiday park. Overall a very good stay as weather was great 👍"

Es sind alle Dinge da, die man braucht und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlichen und gut zu erreichen. Der Campingplatz ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet auch noch 2 Restaurants und ein Schwimmbad. Vom Chalet 3min zu Fuß erreichbar."

Kommunikation: von "Fachlich falscher Auskunft zum Thema Heizung" bis hin zum Hörer-Auflegen beim Nachhaken alles erlebt! Ach ja, so richtig verantwortlich war immer ein Anderer..."

"Wir waren nur von Freitag bis Sonntag in der Unterkunft, wofür diese ausgereicht hat. Für einen längeren Zeitraum wäre die Unterkunft unserer Meinung nach zu klein (gerade die Schlafzimmer. Außerdem hat der Gasherd nicht funktioniert und auch vorab die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig, da wir noch etwas zahlen sollten was eigentlich gar nicht mehr offen war und wir dann mehrfach den offenen Betrag erklären mussten. Außerdem hatten wir fast Pech mit dem Check in dieser ist an der Rezeption nur...
