It is beside the owner's home in a pleasant, quiet and pretty residential area, with nearby access to lovely forest walks that take you out to the dunes and the beach. "Fantastic hosts who were there to greet us on arrival and departure. The gite was well equipped and the garden was beautiful with lots of great games to keep the teenagers entertained! Plenty of great places to explore nearby too. We would thoroughly recommend La Bergerie for a relaxing break."

Saying that, host was very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions. Location was great and house was comfortable. You have to pay for parking on all roads but spaces right outside. "It was very spacious, but the whole apartment smelled as if there had been a leakage. The goose pond looked drab and the geese made alot of noise. The chairs at the pool were all broken, thee tennis court was expensive and so were the bicycles. On top of it, we had an accident with the blankets. We had taken the package including sheets etc. We asked for them to be cleaned. We had to pay € 24!"

From the enormous Monastery in Montreuil to the Basilica in Boulogne su-Mer, the scenery was just amazing. Would love to go back!"

"Second time staying at Tresors d'Opale and not the last! It's a lovely property, clean and very comfortable with quality kitchen and beds. The delicious bakery is 2 mins walk away and the beautiful beach about 5/10 mins walk either through town or the dunes. We love Le Touquet but find this place relaxing and much quieter...and cheaper! This time, we didn't like the fact we were in an inter-connecting room, we could hear every noise and conversation from next door, so make sure you don't get one...
