"Interesting historic house, once a nurses home as it’s opposite a hospital! No reception, access via a door code sent to you by SMS on day of arrival. Except mine did not arrive. Had to work out who to phone (security guy) then was told room wasn’t ready. All a bit of a nuisance as we were tired after a long journey.
