"Dinner was great and people that worked in the restaurant were very helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The slide at the pool left me with painful bruises. We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go. We went to the provider's stables which were 45 minutes away. Then, we find out we were supposed to go to the hotel and the riding will have to go on without us. Then we got a call...

"This place is really wonderful. Our stay was filled with relaxation and comfort. The hosts were so lovely and nice, and quite sporty as well. The entire place is bigger than it seemed from the photos, and the location in the mountains is very serene. It's a short drive to Dokka, which we found to be a lovely place as well, with a really nice community feeling. We had an amazing stay, and I highly recommend it. "

Vegger og tak er betongkonstruksjon, men det er likevel lytt inn til naborom og opp til et bråkete aktivitetsrom. Sengene bar også preg av alderen, med knakende tresenger og madrass fra 80-tallet. Rengjøringen var ok, men håndklær ble ikke byttet til dag 2. Valdres Høyfjellshotell ligger i nydelige omgivelser, men veiene inn dit er forferdelige. Vi ble tatt imot av en hyggelig betjening....

"Vi synes virkelig at det er på sin plass og informere skikkelig om at nøkkelkort utleveres på hotellet og ikke på stedet. Det er få parkeringsplasser og vi brukte lang tid på denne prosessen før vi skulle finne rommet og ble møtt med en liten plakat hvor det sto at utlevering skjer på Raddison. Veldig irriterende. Rommet var komfortabelt og renholderen var veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. "

"Dette er et perfekt overnattingssted for barnefamilier! Det er masse forskjellige dyr på gården, og flere av disse kan en få nærkontakt med. Vertskapet er et veldig hyggelig par som skaper en autentisk og koselig atmosfære på gården. Mye av maten lages av lokale råvarer fra gården, og smaker bra. Anbefales på det sterkeste!"
