"This is a new, very clean property about a 25 minute walk, or one U-Bahn stop, from the Munich Messe. Very comfortable, and inexpensive compared to other options available. My problem was that any messages I tried to get to the management went unanswered, which disappointed me. This is a residential and light commercial area, the number of restaurants is limited, but all the rooms have kitchens, so I would recommend you eat breakfast in your room and have dinner wherever you are before...

"Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut klasse. Wir sind zu zu 7. in Urlaub, 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (9 und 13 Jahren), gefahren und konnten uns gut erholen. Die Wohnung hat den Beschreibungen entsprochen und war außerhalb des Ortes, sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und auch jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Somit können wir die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen."

"Not a real VRBO. In renting a VRBO house or appt or condo, we expect a fully functional living space with all of a house commodity. This VRBO has no washing and drying machines, the kitchen..... well it not a kitchen really just a kitchenette. So if you expect saving money in dining in .. forget that. It's so small and with 2 small burner beside boiling water notjing realy can be done. My room witch is not a room was in the kitchen ........ The real room was ok. The shower size is so small that...

"Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet, d.h. wir konnten darauf sehr gut und bequem liegen. Der Vermieter wohnt im selben Gebäude und ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wer gerne wandert, findet hier in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Naturparadies mit schön angelegten Wegen - und auch die Chiemgauer Alpen sind zügig und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen."

"The place is adorable. It’s spotless clean with a very recent remodel. It has everything you need and all appliances are top-notch. We were greeted with the bottle of wine, milk, water and fruits, which was great for our late arrival. It was a unique experience for us to stay with locals in the rural environment, by the farm. There are incredible views of Bavarian fields right around the corner. We had breakfast outside in the backyard, looking at the old church, which was pretty facing!"
