"This is a new, very clean property about a 25 minute walk, or one U-Bahn stop, from the Munich Messe. Very comfortable, and inexpensive compared to other options available. My problem was that any messages I tried to get to the management went unanswered, which disappointed me. This is a residential and light commercial area, the number of restaurants is limited, but all the rooms have kitchens, so I would recommend you eat breakfast in your room and have dinner wherever you are before...

"We had a wonderful two weeks at this property. We have stayed at lots of properties during our time in the UK and Europe and this was the best. Our son and his partner stayed with us for three days over Christmas. There was loads of room for the four of us. The kitchen was well equipped to make Christmas dinner. "We loved the peaceful location of Angela and Josef’s very modern and large flat. Beds are comfortable. We had everything we needed. A grocery (Rewe) was a few mins away. It’s a great location for exploring Munich and we took day trips to Neuschwanstein, Salzburg and Zugspitze easily from there. Washer was nice to have. Beautiful place and loved watching the horses as the sun set with the Alps in the distance- thanks so much for sharing your lovely property!"

"The place is adorable. It’s spotless clean with a very recent remodel. It has everything you need and all appliances are top-notch.
