Staff are very friendly, friendly, polite and welcoming. "GREAT GREAT hotel in such an excellent location. The Cathedral is next door and there are lots of really good restaurants close by. Be sure to try the German Restaurant on the left at the end of the arcade area next door, the staff and food is wonderful. There is a laundromat about a 10 min walk from the hotel (just past the Berlin TV tower) it is easy to use and very clean. "

"My room was recently renovated. Good size room, lovely washroom, large closet with cubbies, fluffy towels, kettle and cups, safe, delicious breakfast. I was able to open windows which was nice. Close to public transportation. "
