This recently renovated studio cottage is perfect for your fishing and outdoor adventure get away. The studio has a queen-sized sleeper sofa also a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishware and utensils. The cottage also has a flat screen tv, free wi-fi, A/C and electric fireplace, linens and towels. The large outside patio area has a fish cleaning station, bar seating area and fire pit for evening entertainment and a grill for you to do your cooking.
The cottage is centrally located for easy access to restaurants, both public boat ramps, fishing pier and shopping. Come enjoy the peace and tranquility that Steinhatchee has to offer.

The entire building is yours.
It’s deceptive. The photo looks like there are two units in this building. Maybe there was once, but you have this entire building for yourself. The door on the left is a dummy door. Water is hot, pressure is good. A/C is a loud window unit. Lots of space. WiFi supported emails, but not video streaming to the TV. The carport was a nice touch in the rain. Owner was very responsive and friendly.

Cozy and romantic cottage
The only reason I give it 4 stars in online accuracy is I expected there to be a one bedroom off the side of the studio, could be my ignorance in how I intercepted the description but I expected a private bedroom then the rest to be a studio set up. Originally another couple was coming with us, they ended up not making it so it was perfect for just my husband and myself. I enjoyed the stay but couldn’t imagine coming with our kids, there is no privacy other than the bathroom. Also the trundle bed didn’t appear to make a king, not sure how that works so my husband and myself had to sleep separately. Linens and pillows were well stocked which is a major plus as I love pillows, kitchen had basic supplies but not as much as I have seen in other rental houses in steinhatchee, if you plan to do a lot of cooking you may need to bring some of your own stuff, we cooked one night and only thing we didn’t have onsite that we needed was grilling utensils and a baking pan/sheet pan. No central AC, after a long day in the heat you will need to crank the window unit down… the bathroom stays pretty hot. Please don’t mistake this review, I give it 5 stars overall, location was great and it was a quaint place to stay .. just providing some clarity as it wasn’t exactly what I thought but totally worth it for the price point and a short weekend trip, could stay longer if prepared with everything I mentioned above.
