310 is a beautiful renovated 2-bedroom 2 bath unit with a king size and queen size bed. comfy sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. This unit is 1 of the 32 units we have that has a private balcony overlooking the mouth of the river and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy our relaxing pool while watching an unforgettable sunset. Our facility is across the street from the new hot marina Steinhatchee Marina at Deadman’s Bay also across the street from the famous newly renovated Roy's restaurant.

Great stay
Nice property, terrific view of the bay and the sunset! Property was clean. Loft bed was ok, master bed seemed great. Would stay again.
