Charming Water-Front Home Located on the Steinhatchee River

The River House is a waterfront property with rustic Old Florida charm, just a 10-minute boat ride to the Gulf. It offers a wonderful front yard to enjoy with friends/family. The vacation home features three bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave. Towels and bed linens are provided. It comfortably accommodates the entire family/friend group. Scalloping and fishing opportunities await upon your arrival. The property is conveniently located just minutes away from marinas and restaurants. Renting a golf cart or bringing your own is the way to go in this wonderful town!
**Unfortunately, our dock was destroyed by Hurricane Idalia. However, we DO NOT anticipate its reconstruction by scallop season 2024.**
