"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. "Few things not to like, but all minor. Parking price is on the expensive side for sure, we stayed during low season so breakfast, spa and few other services were limited, but it suited us as we had peace. Location is amazing, 10min walk to Bled Castle (it's a must!), few min walk to any place along the shore of the lake, nice park in front... "
