"I was a guest of this Ibis many times, and the first time the cleanness of the room (executive, on the 4th floor!) leaves much to be desired. Frankly speaking the room was NOT vacuumed, dirt was on the floor, etc. Front desk when informed about poor state of affairs offered complimentary breakfast, but I declined this "generous" offer... We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore. The Kärnten Card can be bought at the hotel and is a must-have for families. My children said “You have to give it 4 stars. Everything there is great. The kind people who work there, the beds, the scenery. Everything is amazing!”"
