"El hotel todo bien… pero la chica que me atendio 5:00 pm le pregunte por Haidiland para vistar me dijo que me cobraban 60 e y m pidio un taxi, yo crei que iba al lugar y ella le dijo al taxi que nos llevara a itri lugar a Christmas market dijeron que estaba cerca, no sabismos a donde ibamos, ese hombre nos cobro 100euros nos dejo ahi y dijo regresen en tren. Que personal es ese."

"Breakfast had plentiful choices. Free local bus/train pass was great. It covered a large area. Staff very helpful. Glass bathroom door was fine for me, being a solo traveller. Around 5-7mins walk from main station and the old town. I would happily stay here again."

"It was a dark & stormy night...and we were driving around & around the blocks, unable to find this place for over 20 minutes. We just kept circling the red pin on our map but couldn't seem to land😤 Once we finally found the small, however, we were Very pleasantly surprised! Innovative key retrieval, wide hallways, & a super-large, fantastically spotless room for the 3 of us!! Hubby & daughter didn't care for the beds, but I was a fan. Room was heated by hot water that warmed it well within 20-30 min. Wi-fi was problem-free. Gorgeous view out the windows of Lake Konstanz. The ONLY negative was our shower: doors didn't want to stay closed & showerhead had some lime build-up that disrupted the water flow. We were only there for one night so no great worries. But we would absolutely stay here again & definitely recommend. "
