"The property was clean and attractive. It’s located in downtown Homewood with an easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The door takes a little bit of time to figure out. You need to wait time before you can hear it lock. Some of the door knobs were coming loose. A few of the ceiling fixtures were coming loose as well. "False advertising, based off the pictures, the new hotel was an old run down hotel. I called the number and there was not even a greeting. The man that answered just said hello and I was thinking is this the correct number. Finally I said I’m calling a hotel number if this it, then he said oh yes this is hotel. I asked where it was and he said we’re here in the court yard and I looked and said nope, nothing like the pictures so I left and booked with IHG Matteson, IL, new and clean"
