In Steckborn, on a slope 4 1/2 room duplex apartment (wood construction) with separate entrance from the outside, fireplace inside and outside, open kitchen to the living room, a bathroom with tub and shower facilities and a large sun terrace with fantastic views of the Lake Constance (Untersee TG).





The house is heated by a gas heater. The 2 small rooms have electric storage heaters. 2 parking spaces in front of the house (additional parking at the station).





The pretty old town of Steckborn is worth seeing. The beautiful lakeside and lakeside restaurants invite you to linger. In summer, the "Seebadi" and the many small Seebadebuchten provides an impressive experience. From Steckborn there are countless excursion possibilities during all seasons.





Domestic equipments:





The house is for max. 6 people equipped, has a lot of change and is surrounded by a lockable fence. It has an exterior and an interior chemine.





A large pergola in the summer with various garden furniture: 2 tables, chairs, lunch group, beach chairs, water hose etc.





Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets welcome, TV available, 2 pp in front of the house.





Living room: dining table for 6 - 8 people





Kitchen: Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, hand blender, fondue dishes, raclette oven, juicer.
