Steamboat Ski Resort is steps out your front door, and the Gondola is a short three blocks away. Howelsen Hill Ski Area is four miles down the road. The free bus stops at the end of the parking lot and will take you downtown for additional sights and scenes.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or adjusting the gas fireplace to settle in with a good book. Create culinary charms utilizing the galley-style kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances, and share everything from delicious bites to family-style meals in the lovely dining area. Here, a portable air-conditioning unit, unique to Steamboat condos, can provide another level of comfort. Step out on the private balcony for a picturesque view and fresh, mountain air. The soft bed with luxe linens along with the sofa bed provided in the living area allow you to get a good night's rest for the moments ahead.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
