This space is newly remodeled with modern-rustic finishes and decor, perfectly channeling the energy of a great western getaway in the Rockies. This condo is located right in the middle of downtown surrounded by all of the best restaurants, bars, and shopping Steamboat Springs’ downtown area has to offer. You can walk across the street to the Yampa River for tubing, swimming, a riverside bite, or a stroll. Just over the bridge you’ll find the rodeo grounds, the iconic Howelsen Hill ski area, the sports complex and ice rink. The world class, Steamboat Ski Resort, mountain restaurants, and bars are all just a five-minute drive up the hill; or walk half a block to the free city bus, which runs every 12 minutes to the mountain. The 1200 square feet in this condo provide ample space for entertaining, comfortably sleeping eight. In the evenings, relax and unwind with HD cable TV, on demand, wifi Internet. You will enjoy the natural daylight in this well-lit condo, as well as views of the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill. That means nighttime views of 4th of July fireworks and winter carnival fireworks right from the living room!

It was our first time to Steamboat and we found the location to be perfect. Easy to hop on the shuttle to the base, easy to get to shops and restaurants, and easy to view the mountains from the condo itself. Great stay!

This condo was so close to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Family could get to the slopes quickly but those that wanted to explore downtown could. Clean amd excellent condition. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location downtown in the heart of Steamboat Springs!! Super clean and had all our kitchen needs; pots, pans, utensils etc. Plenty of towels, walking distance to restaurants, the Yampa River and downtown shopping. Great communication from the host! Great Steamboat Getaway!
We had a wonderful time with our family at this condo! Location is AMAZING and condo is beautifully updated. Easy walk to all downtown activities and the free shuttle to the moutain runs every 10 min for the skiers! Can't beat it. The only word of caution - the walls are extremely thin and if you have loud party-animal neighbors, be prepared to hear them all night.

Beautiful Condo and great location!
This is a beautifully furnished condo! The beds were extremely comfortable in all rooms. The gas fireplace was great too. We loved staying in downtown Steamboat where we could walk from the condo to shops and restaurants on Lincoln Ave. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Steamboat!

Location cannot be beat. The only time we used the car was to drive to the trailheads; everything else is within walking distance. Roomier than what the pictures show. We will book again next time we are in Steamboat!

We loved our stay here! The location is close to great restaurants and bars. Very close to the free city bus that takes you to the mountain. The apartment is well laid out and well equipped. Communication with Brian was received and responded to promptly. We loved having a front door and back door entrance.
