Mtn. Townhome Near Ski Area- On Pond - Great Views

A picturesque setting for the perfect Steamboat getaway! Very nice townhome just 5 min. from Gondola Square with awesome views of the ski area. Sip your coffee or enjoy a glass of wine next to the private pond off the covered back deck. Gas stove, comfy furnishings, TV with DVD/BluRay (no cable but can hook up Amazon Fire/Roku via wifi), washer/dryer. Close to bus line, restaurant, bike path, Yampa River.
The space
Ideally located close to the Steamboat Ski Area in a quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room & bath downstairs, 3BD and bathroom upstairs. Two rooms offer queen beds, the third has extra long twin beds. All rooms have ceiling fans and great natural light. Awesome ski mountain views from the 2 queen bedrooms. Everything you need in the perfect location!

Access to all spaces in the townhome for your private use, excluding two storage closets. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker. Washer/dryer in the unit.
