Gorgeous, clean, 2 bed/2 bath condo in the heart of old town Steamboat Springs. Just across from Restaurants and the Yampa River. You will never need a car, just park and walk to all the amazing amenities located within 2 blocks of everything.

Walk anywhere or catch the FREE downtown/ski mountain bus less than 1 block away. Nestled across the street from the Yampa River you will enjoy throwing in a line to fish or a nice walk/run and bike ride on the trails just across the street. Free concerts at Howelson in the Summer, fireworks on the Fourth, baseball fields across the river, rodeos all Summer, chili cook-offs, Farmer's Markets....this town always has something going on.

The Winter will find you enjoying the new mountain and the millions of dollars that have been spent this year to make your trip memorable.

Great Condo
This condo is in an excellent location -walkable to great shopping and dining! The unit itself is fully stocked -the kitchen especially spoke to me since I cook and entertain. The owner is lovely-very communicative, accommodating and friendly! We would happily book here again. We had a great stay!

Fantastic property!
This property could not have been better! We were there for our daughter’s wedding reception at Aurum so the location was incredible. Yampa is the center of summer fun and we loved having the farmers market right there. More importantly though, the property itself was outstanding in every way. It is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were sizable and modern. Absolutely ideal all the way around. And of course that parking spot was priceless on a busy summer weekend downtown. We will definitely try and stay there when we’re in town next!!

We loved our stay! The location can not be beat. You can walk to restaurants and shoots. The condo was great! Comfortable, clean and well stocked. Jenni gave us great recommendations for restaurants. She was also wonderful in allowing us to retrieve my husbands favorite pillow. We’ll be back!

Awesome Location
Located across from the Yampa River, with restaurants, shopping, bikes, tubing all right there, super convenient. Very clean, comfortable, everything we needed was there. Kitchen very well stocked. The only downside, for me, is that I wish I had known that it was on the first floor and about the A/C situation, which was loud in the master. I would have preferred to be able to open the windows. Overall, a great place to stay.

Property was exactly as described. Great location. Right amongst all the restaurant and bar options in downtown Steamboat Springs. Super convenient. Express bus service to base of ski mountain is less than two minute walk (about 1.5 small blocks). Only complaint is that master bathroom shower water temp was warm at best. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Good location but when the windows are open at night for air you will hear all the noise from the bars across the street. Morning wake up from the bars cleaning up. The place was nice but could use new bedding. Other then that the place is good

Fabulous four days downtown Steamboat Springs
We came to Steamboat to attend a wedding. The house we chose to stay in was perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed the location because it was easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and the creek path. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils so we enjoyed doing some self catering. The apartment is on the ground floor so we could hear the people in the apartment above walking around and it was a bit dark again because it’s a ground floor apartment. FYI - The blind in the dining room is a bit tricky to open. I thought it was broken and was afraid to try to open it in case I pulled it down. My husband figured out how to open it. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy Steamboat Springs.

An excellent property
Our family stayed here for 4 nights in late December, 2016. This was the best property we have stayed at in quite some time. The unit is quite spacious with spectacular furnishings. The heating in the unit was perfect. The only cold spot in the unit was right by the front door, but that's somewhat expected. The kitchen was very well stocked, with pots, pans, utensils, and even a crock pot. There was also a wide assortment of spices and condiments, including two bottles of ketchup in the refrigerator. I only have two issues with this unit: (1) The washer/dryer are quite noisy, so don't plan on using them while you're trying to sleep. (2) There was a pizza box in the refrigerator with a couple of slices of pizza, probably left over from the previous occupants. I appreciate a well stocked unit, but this was a bit over the top.

Super location, excellent condo.
Just what we were looking for. Perfect location to walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Very convienent assigned parking spot right out the front door. Unit is very tastefully furnished with up to date appliances. Best of all was the lack of hysterical instructions on every counter so common these days. Just a great place to stay and unwind.

Nice downtown location with easy access to dining and shopping. The condo is nicely decorated and furnished. It can be noisy in the mornings if you like to sleep in. We enjoyed it and would recommend it.

The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. Farmers Market was right out the front door, lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance and Gondola was a short drive.

Love Staying Downtown
Check in was great - management was super responsive. You can’t beat the location. You are walkable to everything downtown has to offer. The condo was exactly what we expected from the photos and was a great place for our family of four.
